CRANIOSACRAL SESSION
Craniosacral is a gentle, hands-on approach…primarily along the spine and head. This session "resets" the nervous system, allowing you to become deeply quiet…to the place of intrinsic stillness.

Dropping into this state enables your body's own healing potential to arise, providing a sense of flexibility and optimal functioning. Those who have received craniosacral sessions report a feeling of comfort, ease and relaxation long after the session.

SESSION A - please allow 75 minutes....$110

ENERGY-BALANCING AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
This restorative session is a slow, gentle combination of acupressure, polarity balancing, therapeutic essential oils and Esalen/ Swedish massage. …………..A rejuvenating blend of essential oils and energy-balancing techniques is customized for you. When your body and mind get deeply relaxed and energy flow is opened up, your innate healing is sparked.

This session encourages a more relaxed, centered approach to life. The benefits will be felt long after your massage.
SESSION B - 15 minute consultation + 60 minute massage............$125

SESSION C - 15 minute consultation + 90 minute massage............$150
